Harmony Processes $1 Million in TransactionsGRAYSLAKE, IL — April 6, 2007 — Concerted Systems announced today that its new Harmony software had successfully processed $1 million in transactions during its first seven months in operation at Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
“We are extremely pleased that our Harmony software has reached this milestone so quickly,” said Taskin Rahman, managing partner of Concerted Systems. “Our software has proven to be robust and reliable during periods of heavy use. We also have received confirmation that our interface and design is easy for staff members to use, requiring training time of only one to two hours.”
Discovery World currently uses Harmony software to process general admission tickets, memberships, consumer donations, and various specialty programs. Harmony also helped to handle significant growth in membership.
Later in 2007, Concerted plans to unveil features allowing the sale of ticketed events, integrated e-mail marketing, and more refined customer management and membership tools. In 2008, Concerted plans to install Harmony at two concert venues.
