Muntu Dance Theatre of Chicago Uses Harmony ServiceGRAYSLAKE, IL — January 30, 2008 —Concerted Systems LLC announced today that it has signed the Muntu Dance Theatre of Chicago as a new client for its Harmony ticketing and customer management service.
"We are pleased to be working with Concerted Systems," said Joan Gray, president of Muntu Dance Theatre of Chicago. "It was easy for us to get up and running on Harmony. Our staff and volunteers found it intuitive to use, which allowed us to focus our time and resources on our upcoming dance performances." Harmony integrates ticketing, membership and donation management into one centralized, easy-to-use service. Harmony is a web application, with all transactions recorded via a web browser into a secure and well-monitored central database. Harmony's concept of Box Office Anywhere™ means that Harmony customers can sell tickets and memberships from any computer with Internet access. "Muntu is an ideal fit for Harmony,"
said Steve Oelschlager, managing partner of Concerted Systems. "With our
Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Muntu does not need to invest in costly
software or hardware or hire IT staff to maintain the system." Photo Caption: Joan Gray, president of Muntu Dance Theatre
